Returns & Exchanges
At Cartyuga Apparels, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re happy to help you return or exchange it quickly and easily.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Products with Tag Loops must be returned with the loop unbroken. If the loop is removed or tampered with, the item will not be accepted.
- Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount, where applicable.
- Return shipping charges will be deducted based on order value:
- For orders below ₹600, a ₹50 return shipping charge will be deducted.
- For orders above ₹600, a ₹100 return shipping charge will be deducted.
Pick-up & Refund Process
- Once your return is approved, a Return ID will be generated.
- Our courier partner will pick up the package within 3–4 business days.
- Please verify the Return ID with the courier at the time of pickup.
- Note:
- Shipping and return pickup charges are non-refundable.
- For orders under ₹600, a flat ₹50 shipping fee will not be refunded in the refund amount.
- We do not refund courier charges.
- Products from the Garage Sale are not eligible for returns or exchange
- We offer reverse pick-up service for most pin codes. If your area isn’t serviceable by our courier partners, you’ll need to ship the product(s) back to us manually.
- There are no charges at the time of pick-up. If the courier agent requests payment, please refuse to pay and do not hand over the parcel.
- We may refuse returns if it’s evident that the product has been worn, washed, or soiled.
- If you’ve received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at customercare@cartyuga.in. within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund at the earliest.
- After receiving the items in the expected condition, the order amount will be refunded via the same payment method within 15 business days. We do not refund courier charges.
How to Pack Your Return
- Place the item(s) in their original packaging.
- Include a copy of your invoice, with the returned item(s) clearly marked.
- Seal the package securely and keep it ready for pickup.
How to Return Your Order
Registered Customers:
- Log in to your account at cartyuga.in.
- Go to your ‘Account’ → ‘Order History’.
- Select the order and click ‘Request Return’.
- Choose the item(s) and the reason for return.
- Tick the confirmation box agreeing to the return policy and click ‘Proceed’.
Guest Users:

Include your order number and item details in the email.
